Waiver and Release Agreement

Like most sports, heli-skiing has inherent risk. It is wilderness skiing and riding in an uncontrolled and wild mountain environment.

Terrain is unmarked, ungroomed and includes potential hazards. Despite the most diligent efforts to reduce hazards, incidents can still occur.

All MWHS guests must complete and sign a Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims,Assumption of Risk, Warning, Indemnity and Consent to Medical Treatment Agreement (the “Waiver and Release Agreement”). **
